Working process
- Receive goods information and customers' transportation needs
- Conduct surveys and discuss directly with customers (if required or necessary)
- Consulting on shipping methods appropriate to the type of goods and customer needs
- Make a quote and send it to the customer
- Negotiate the quotes and sign contracts with customers
- Receive goods and process goods according to the requirements of the signed contract
- Update goods status and routes in real time for customers
- Delivery to customer's warehouse/ port/ airport or according to customer's request
- The customer pays and returns relevant documents to the customer
- Support to answer customer questions (if any)
